Clean-environment ladder for battery gigafactories.
Indonesia's nickel-rich geology is the strategic asset behind the country's EV battery push. The gigafactories going up in Morowali and Weda Bay need overhead cable infrastructure specified for clean-room conditions, continuous process operation, and the scale of factory-floor runs measured in kilometres.
Why cable management matters here
A battery cell assembly line is a chemistry plant with a robot layer on top. The line doesn’t stop — once in calibration, a cell plant runs continuous for weeks. Cable management has to sit above it, not in it, and has to be specified for the cleanliness grade, the EMI shielding demands of high-current DC, and the segregation of power from control from safety circuits.
We supply the ladder and tray for the service void above these lines — hot-dip galvanised ladder for the heavy current runs, powder-coated tray for the visible segments in the operator walkways, segregated into power / control / safety stacks per the electrical consultant’s plan.
What we ship
Cell-plant runs are long. We build in 6000 mm ladder lengths with matched fittings to reduce joint count, reduce install labour, and reduce the inspection burden on commissioning. Pre-tagged, pre-sorted by zone.
