The workhorse of modern Indonesian construction — a ventilated, return-flanged steel tray that supports a building's power, data, and services runs from the service void out. Cut to site-specific widths from 100 to 900 millimetres, fabricated to SNI and NEMA VE-1, finished hot-dip galvanised or Jotun powder-coated to match the corrosion class of the room.

The standard format for the long runs
A Metosu cable tray is a pressed-and-welded sheet-steel channel with a return-flanged side rail and a slotted or perforated base. It supports the building’s power, fibre, and control cables from the service riser out to the final zone. Specified by width, depth, substrate, thickness, and finish — and fabricated here in Tangerang against your drawing.
How engineers use this line
The ventilated base lets heat out and lets dust through; the return-flange gives the tray its rigidity at lengths up to three metres between supports. Where corrosion matters — coastal sites, outdoor yards, marine conversion spaces — we specify hot-dip galvanised to ISO 1461. Where aesthetics matter — exposed service voids in offices and hotels — we finish in Jotun powder to any RAL.

- What are Metosu's standard cable tray sizes?
- Ten standard sizes, from 100 x 50 mm up to 1000 x 150 mm, in 3 metre lengths. The full table is on this page and in the catalogue. Sizes outside the table are made to your project drawing.
- What is the difference between TRC and TRU tray?
- The geometry is identical. TRC has a perforated base so heat from the cables can escape; TRU has a plain base. Part codes follow the same size, for example TRC 200/50 and TRU 200/50.
- How much does cable tray cost per metre?

- Hot-dip galvanised or powder-coated?
- For outdoor, coastal, humid, and industrial areas, specify hot-dip galvanised to ISO 1461. For dry indoor areas, pre-galvanised is enough and faster to produce. Where the run is exposed and needs a colour, specify Jotun powder coating in any RAL.
- Do you hold stock, and how fast can you deliver?
- The Tangerang facility holds 700+ standard SKUs in ready stock. Project-scale orders are typically dispatched in days, and we deliver across Indonesia.
- What load can Metosu cable tray carry?
- Our standard cable tray is tested to NEMA VE 1-2017 by Sucofindo at 420 kg per span. Load reports and material certificates are supplied for tender and as-built records.
