Cut to site-specific widths from 100 to 900 millimetres, fabricated to SNI and NEMA VE-1, finished hot-dip galvanised or Jotun powder-coated to match the corrosion class of the room.

The standard format for the long runs
A Metosu cable tray is a pressed-and-welded sheet-steel channel with a return-flanged side rail and a slotted or perforated base. It supports the building’s power, fibre, and control cables from the service riser out to the final zone. Specified by width, depth, substrate, thickness, and finish — and fabricated here in Tangerang against your drawing.
How engineers use this line
The ventilated base lets heat out and lets dust through; the return-flange gives the tray its rigidity at lengths up to three metres between supports. Where corrosion matters — coastal sites, outdoor yards, marine conversion spaces — we specify hot-dip galvanised at 75 µm zinc. Where aesthetics matter — exposed service voids in offices and hotels — we finish in Jotun powder to any RAL.
