Standard Finishes
Two finishes, every environment.
Every Metosu tray, ladder, and trunking ships with one of two standard finishes: hot-dip galvanised for outdoor and industrial service, or Jotun powder-coated for visible architectural runs. Both are specified to the corrosion class of the environment.

Finish · Powder Coating
Dry powder coating, finished with Jotun.
Our Tangerang line uses dry powder coating — not liquid paint, not electrostatic wet. The coat is cured at 180°C for a uniform 60-80 µm build that resists UV, scuffing, and chemical exposure for decades. We finish exclusively with Jotun, the Norwegian global benchmark for industrial powder systems — the same paint specified for offshore platforms and bridges worldwide.
